Wow! It's been awhile since I updated my blog. I'm so sorry you guys! Let me fill you in on what's been going on:
First, I got a nasty virus on my computer and pretty much lost everything -including the photos. It was a hard lesson to learn, but from now on I'll always make time to back up my hard drive. BUT, the good news is my hubby bought me a new Macbook Pro (which I've been wanting forever!). Since we've always had PCs, it's taken a little getting used to, but so far I'm loving it. (If any of you have some pointers for this Mac newbie, please let me know! I can use all the help I can get! LOL!)
We also have some sick furry members in our family. Our vet now suspects that Muffin's liver issues are the result of Cushing's Disease. And if that weren't enough, we took Bailey in for what we thought were some sort of skin issues. Well, it turns out that he has RINGWORM! :( Needless to say, that has not been fun to deal with...for him or for us.
So, I haven't been crafting much over the last several weeks. But, I do have an upcoming crop this weekend. So hopefully, I'll have something to share very, very soon.
Until then, I thought it would be fun to share a few of my favorite blogs with you. Please note that I am not being compensated in any way for mentioning them, nor has anyone asked me to recommend their blogs. I just really enjoy them and hope you love them as much as I do. :)
My friend Michelle's blog is simply awesome. It has something for everyone - from sewing, scrapbooking, home decor and yard sale transformations. Lots of fun inspiration here!
I had the opportunity to meet Stephanie awhile back and take a class from her. She is an incredible talent and a truly sweet person.
Pick up a copy of almost any Cricut Magazine and you are sure to find some of the CUTEST projects created by Charity Hassel. If you've been looking for some projects to really make you want to dust off your Cricut cartridges, then this is a blog you will definitely want to check out.
Thanks for stopping by today. I'll be back soon with some Halloween, Fall and Christmas projects to share with you. Can you believe that Christmas is right around the corner? And I haven't even STARTED my shopping yet! Eek! :)
