My Pink Designer Post

Hi Everyone!
For this month's design team post, we were given the following challenge:
Using the new My Pink Stamper Spookalious set, make a project using the colors green, orange, purple and black.

By the way, in case you haven't get seen this awesome stamp set, let me give you a peek:

And if you'd like to order a set of your own, here is a list of online retailers.

So, here is my project...or should I say projects for today.  I hope you like them.  :)

First, a great way to use up those paper scraps that we all have in our stash!  I did not use any template for this layout.  I just placed the bigger strips where I liked them first, and then trimmed the other colors to fit.

Recipe for Layout
My Pink Stamper "Spookalicious" stamp set
My Pink Stamper "Fontabulous" (for title)

Martha Stewart Drippy Goo punch
Pop Dots
Versafine Ink Pad in Onyx Black

Mini Monsters Cricut cartridge
 Pumpkins - Two @ 2"
                          Five  @ 1 1/4"

Spider - One @ 1" (flip feature turned on)

Ghosts - One @ 1 3/4"
One @ 2 1/2"  (flip feature turned on)

**I "freed" my ghosts by cutting off their ball and chain before adding them to my layout. LOL**

  And now for my card...

I have several cartridges with ghosts on them, but I really wanted this card to be super easy - and for anyone to be able to re-create it...regardless of what cartridges they may have.  I thought a Pac Man kind of ghost would be fun and different, so I used two simple ovals and cut the bottoms off using decorative scissors.  I really love the way it turned out.

Now head on over to My Pink Stamper to see what awesome things my design team friends have created! And we hope you can play along too!  Until next time...have a wonderful week! :)
