If you're an animal lover like me, I have something that I think is pretty special that I'd like to share with you.
Years ago, through our love of scrapbooking, I was blessed to meet this wonderful friend named Holly. She has since moved away, but somehow, I think we're probably better friends now than when we lived in the same city. Anyway, Holly has always been a tremendously talented person, as well as a huge animal lover. And recently, she decided she would incorporate that love into making some dog bows for others who also adore their pets.
Now, I have to admit. Muffin is no girly girl. And I rarely dress either of them. But they seem to love these. And I love the fact that they are so easy to put in her hair. The hair bows have clips, so there's no messing around with little elastics. Here are a few pictures of ones that she sent to me. I've ordered several more since. :)
And for Bailey, our male westie...an adorable bow tie (which by the way, he LOVES!!)
Poor ol' Bailey needs a good haircut, but hopefully you get the idea.
Here is a close up of just the bow tie.
Her Etsy shop is called "Give a Dog a Bow" (pretty clever, don't you think? I'm so proud of her.)
If you'd like to have a look at all the different goodies she offers, here is a link to her store:
She also has a Facebook page where you can see other dogs (and cats!) modeling their bows.
Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend! I'm working on some new projects so you'll be hearing from me again soon. :)
